Our weekly menus are dedicated to creating delicious and special homemade recipes made from South Indian flavors such as Chettinad, Andhra and Kerala cuisine. These unique tastes distinguish themselves from India’s plethora of cooking styles. Our traditional homemade recipes have been passed down from generation to generation along with our belief that “food is medicine”. We use simple and mild spices that are freshly handmade with the highest quality in mind. Our key ingredients include local and organic products, coconut oil, olive oil, organic ghee, fresh coconut, freshly ground chili & ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to create an array of pure and authentic flavors. Our probiotic Idli and Dosa (Pancake) batter are fermented naturally with no artificial additives or preservatives. Our cooking methods are fermentation, slow cooking, steaming, tempering and our products are dairy & gluten-free, low sodium, and come in packaging that is either recyclable or compostable.
